In a season where there were many obvious power players, underdog Jenna surprised everyone by becoming the sole survivor. She must have impressed the producers, because they invited her back two seasons later for Survivor: Outside of Survivor, Jenna was a former swimsuit model, a profession that she had even before she was on the show. She also did work as an actress, appearing in The Scorned, a rare horror that aired on television. Regarding her love life, she started dating Ethan Zohn in , who was with her on Survivor: All Stars, but was a sole survivor himself in season three Africa.
They were together for ten years until they confirmed in that they had ended things. Amazon, Heidi Strobel now Hamels and Jenna Morasca did something unforgettable during an endurance challenge. The show producers blurred it out, but the fellow contestants certainly had a treat — especially Rob Cesternino, who had a crush on Heidi. What Heidi and Jenna did for some cookies and peanut butter obviously made headlines, and it resulted in them both appearing on the cover of Playboy once their stint on the show was up.
Together, they would give birth to two boys, Caleb and Braxton — and they even adopted an Ethiopian girl named Reeve. Ever since Natalie White became the sole survivor of the Samoa season, her win has become one of the most controversial in Survivor history. On the other hand, she prevailed because she played a better social game than him, without ruffling too many feathers. There are many different types of Survivor winners, and sometimes, it helps to not be on the bad end of a bitter jury.
The problem was, not many people gave her the respect that winners normally get, and that can be tough on someone.
It ultimately resulted in her retreating quietly to her own life, buying a home in Blanchard, Oklahoma, and refraining from becoming a public persona. Not only is Libby a fresh face, but her Survivor debut is actually going on at this very moment! In the current season of Survivor: Ghost Island, Libby Vincek is a prominent member of the crew of castaways, and has already cunningly blindsided a strong ally, prompting the victim to tell the rest of the tribe: A southern belle from the state of Texas, Libby actually only started watching Survivor when she became one of the potential cast members.
Once she got into the show, however, this year-old stunner immersed herself in past characters, studied their tactics, and found herself a few role models. When Morgan Mcleod first appeared on Survivor, she was a part of season that categorized people into three tribes — beauty, brain, and brawn. Danielle is a well-known Survivor contestant who made prominent appearances in both the Panama and Heroes vs. When she first appeared in Panama, she pretty much dominated the social game, blindsiding allies as she pleased and eventually making it to the final tribal — although she would ultimately lose to Aras Baskauskas, finishing in second place. Since her time on Survivor, Danielle has made herself available as an actress, appearing a low budget film called , alongside Coach Wade, her former tribemate on Survivor.
She also appeared in a movie called The Black Russian. Her success on the show was enough that entertainment producers outside of Survivor wanted to give her her own series, called Epic Adventures. Danni Boatwright, a Kansas native, first made her appearance on Survivor in the eleventh season, which took place in Guatemala. She was the final survivor of the season, winning the final tribal vote in a landslide.
She won her season by staying under the radar, while still making strong alliances and personal bonds with other cast members. Before Danni joined Survivor, she had already represented Kansas in the Miss USA beauty pageant, where she was the runner up to win it all — and you can see why. The couple now have two wonderful children named Bo and Stone. Danni is the current owner of a sporting goods store in Kansas City, where people probably still remember her from her Survivor days.

Alexis appeared on the recent season of Survivor: She started off strong, in an alliance of four that looked promising at first — but her tribemates were fearful that she was untrustworthy, and gave her the boot. When fans watched Alexis on Survivor, she kept it quiet that she had a boyfriend in real life — but people that follow her now, especially the ones that check out her lively Instagram account, know quite well that she is in a very serious relationship with Evan Watkins, a career coach for football players.
Three years should qualify as pretty serious, right? Unfortunately, her inability to take risks got her voted out, and she finished in fifth place. On Game Changers, she went for a more hands on approach, and quickly became recognized as the leader of her tribe — a target on her back that ultimately got her voted out as well. Ever since she played the game of Survivor, she was able to make relationships that would last her a lifetime, and one of those relationships would extend into the realm of romance.
In fact, she is currently reportedly dating none other than Joe Anglim, the Survivor heartthrob fan favorite who was on the same Worlds Apart season that she was. Specialists episode to give her analysis on a later season, Game Changers. Kaoh Rong, and she immediately got the attention of not only her tribemates, but the fans at home as well. There have been many women of Survivor that audiences have loved — but perhaps one of the biggest fan favorites has been Parvati Shallow.
It was almost too good the first time she played, on Cook Islands, where she was voted out by being too much of a flirt.
But she redeemed herself in Micronesia, where she cunningly laid low and became the ultimate winner. Micronesia, Parvati generously donated most of her winnings to a charity that she founded herself, called Knockouts For Girls. This female empowerment organization is dedicated to helping young girls with self esteem issues through the power of boxing.
His constant struggle was compelling. Once I joined this community and continued to watch every season, I started to understand why it's one of the worst. BUT, I enjoy Rob as a winner, and him throwing the idol clue into the volcano is one of my favorite moments watching as a Survivor fan. He played an awesome game.
Andrea Boehlke
I like him as a person too. He has his warts for sure, so I understand how some don't like him, but I think he has a good heart.

I know everyone else hates him, but Philip is one of my Survivor guilty pleasures. I enjoyed the hell out of watching him. I enjoyed how he wouldn't be pushed around by Ashley at FTC. She tried having a memorable "I'm going to speak and you're going to listen" jury speech and he shut her down. I could have appreciated him on some level if it werent for things like Rice Wars. That just completely crossed the line of what was appropriate. That plus if he didnt completely botch FTC. I don't mind Philip at all.
I think he's a pretty colorful character although it took me a while to warm up to him. Yeah I like Philip and feel bad for the hate that he gets. I didn't finish RI but I undoubtedly would have stopped watching a lot sooner if he wasn't on it. And even with the rice incident taken into account, I don't believe he is an evil person.

Also it is interesting to see what an "optimal" strategy looks like. Jeff brings up a really good point, "Why don't they just vote out BRob early? They know hes the biggest threat. I don't really understand how that is a criticism.
Matt/Andrea Relationship in RI : survivor
He clearly understood that he needed to go to the end with those two and that is what he did. Exactly, I always see people praising Brian for managing to bring the only person he could beat to the end. I don't see Brian praised in many circles. For anything really who he brought to the end or otherwise. It is also mostly conceded he was a visible asshole who could barely beat Clay, and needed a big goat to win. That doesn't seem much different to how Rob is talked about to me.
That is terrible logic and if they all thought that then no wonder he steamrolled them.

They had to get to FTC if they wanted to take him as a goat. It was completely foolish of them to underestimate one of the most cutthroat players to ever play the game. I am sure many of the contestants on that season could not have possibly passed the mandatory IQ or mandatory psych tests. But he didn't JUST get himself to the end, he got the 2 biggest goats with him, one of them being Phillip who people couldn't stand.
I am not a big BR fan, but to discredit his game this season bc he could only beat the two people he sat in the end with is ridiculous. He didn't LUCK into sitting in the end with those two, he made sure they were two left in the game with him so he had the ability to take them with him.
