Matchmaking vs Quick Matchmaking

Hey guys, just bought the game recently, im still level 9, and its kinda upsetting that i can't find anyone to play with on matchmaking, my settings are set open but i wait there forever on matchmaking for a group and never seem to get one. Is the game dead or am i just unlucky thought i would find someone since the game alway has 10k-9k people playing it.

This approach would really make gaming experience much more smooth for everyone, giving an adequate ELO system players would be assembled into games with equals by an algorithm, as they should be. Some adjustments to the Quick Match concept are necessary though: If a couple of checkboxes could be added in order for players to select Axis vs Allies only or Any Match-up then everything would naturally fall in place for a smooth experience, with the minor exception of missing reconnect.

What do you guys think on the subject?
